  • $190.00 for Initial Assessment (50 Minutes)
  • $190.00 for 50 Minute Sessions

Debit, Credit, FSA, HSA accepted.

I am Out-Of-Network with all insurance companies. I do however provide Superbills so you can get reimbursed by your insurance company. To avoid the unpredictability of what your reimbursement will be, here is a list of questions you’ll want to ask your insurance company. Please call the number on the back of your insurance card.

  1. How much does my plan reimburse for an out-of-network provider? (What percentage of the fee will I be reimbursed?)
  2. How will I be reimbursed?
  3. What is the website link to upload my superbill?
  4. Is approval required from my primary care physician?
  5. What is my deductible and has it been met?
  6. What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  7. Are there any other restrictions I should know about, or any other questions I should be asking?
