My Treatment Approach
I bring both compassion and sincerity into the therapy room. My approach is strength-based and person-centered, which means I see you as the expert on your own life and in my office. My role is to help you access your strengths, deepen your insight, and build tools that support lasting change.
I draw from several evidence-based modalities, including:
- Gestalt therapy
- Person-centered therapy
- Psychodrama
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor our work to you. We’ll identify what feels stuck, explore what’s holding you back, and collaborate on practical steps forward.
I specialize in helping adults (22+) move to the “next level.” Whether that means healthier relationships, improved boundaries, relief from anxiety or depression, or simply feeling more grounded and confident in your own skin.
Above all, I prioritize the therapeutic relationship. When trust and safety are present, real progress becomes possible.
Depression & Anxiety
When you feel sad or anxious often or all the time.
Substance Abuse
The uncontrolled use of a substance despite harmful consequences.
Trauma
An event with adverse effects on mental, physical, or emotional well-being.
Codependency
Feelings of “I’m not okay, unless you’re okay.”
