Clinical Supervision
Supervision is one of my greatest professional passions.
I approach supervision as a collaborative partnership. My goal is to help clinicians strengthen their skills, deepen their clinical thinking, and become more aware of their impact in the therapeutic relationship. Together, we focus on integrating theory into practice while expanding your confidence and competence.
I’ve been a clinical supervisor for 8 years and a therapist for over 17. Supporting other clinicians as they grow in their careers is work I truly love.
“Nikki has a refined ability in accounting for various factors involved in a case conceptualization while also considering the supervisee’s self of the therapist. She knows how to push supervisees towards competency through fostering critical thinking while providing expert knowledge. The sense of warmth and confidence I feel after a supervision session with Nikki is valuable for tackling a stressful week of therapeutic work.”
“The purpose of psychotherapy is to set people free.”
